The Stewart Law Firm sends SMS messages only to users who have expressly opted in. Messages may include appointment reminders, case updates, document requests, and other client-related communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In:

SMS opt-in is collected when a user provides their mobile phone number and affirmatively consents by checking the opt-in checkbox on our Contact Us online form. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving legal services.

Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Opt-Out Instructions:

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.
